Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change — we understand. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, by calling or messaging (954) 865-2868.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit, which is confirmed with you when your appointment is scheduled.

Weather

If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule at a convenient time.

No-Show

If we cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time, we will contact you to rearrange the service.
